List names top 50 companies across the country

Vancouver, BC, December 13,2000 - - Radical Entertainment Inc., a leading developer of digital entertainment and gaming software, announced today that the company has been named one of Canada 's Top 50 Best Managed Private Companies. The award, in its 8th year, is presented by Arthur Andersen, CIBC and the National Post.

The criteria for the award is that companies must have revenues over $5 million; have demonstrated strong growth over the past three years; and are more than 50 percent owned and closely held by Canadians. In October 2000, Radical was named a BC finalist in Canada 's 50 Best Managed Private Companies. Radical was then chosen for the national round and competed against private companies from all over Canada. The finalists were chose by an independent panel of senior Canadian business leaders and academics. The winners will be profiled at the annual 50 Best Symposium and Gala on January 22 and 23, 2001 in Toronto.
