Radical Entertainment’s Simpsons Road Rage Breaks 2 Million Unit Mark - Mission-based game marks milestone for gaming veteran
Vancouver, BC, November 28, 2003 – Radical Entertainment, one of North America’s leading developers of digital entertainment, announced today that The Simpsons Road Rage has now sold over two million units worldwide. The game, marketed by Electronic Arts, was launched in spring 2001 and is available for the PlayStation II and Xbox next-generation consoles. The Simpsons Road Rage is based on the popular animated Fox television show and can be played in single or multi-player mode.
“It’s rewarding to see that gaming enthusiasts love the game as much as we do,” noted Cam Weber, the game’s producer at Radical Entertainment. “Breaking a million units was one of our goals and we’ve achieved that,” he added.
